Jill AND Mary

Jillian Hernnessy (born November 25 in 1968) is a Canadian actress, singer who made an impact in American television. Her work has received praise for her outstanding performances in the American television show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons. She also appeared on Crossing Jordan, wherein she played Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six seasons. Hennessy demonstrated her skills in independent movies such as Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy began her acting career as an actress in Dead Ringers with her sister. She starred as a character on Broadway as a part of the show Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in 1990 before moving into the sci-fi world in 1993, playing Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. The following year, she became assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. Her performance captivated viewers in the part for three seasons, until the end of 1996 when she left. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker is well-known for her role in films as well as television series such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys by the Side as well as the West Wing Angels of America. Parker was honored with an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress as well as the Emmy Award. Parker was also honored with the Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her role in the role of Proof on Broadway.
