Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1, 1989) is an American actor from the United States. She portrayed Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in the tenth season of Roseanne and The Conners, its spin-off. Kenney was born on September 14, 1999, at New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from The New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) Her parents are.
