 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actress, comedian and activist Her parents were Jewish parents from the Soviet Union and started her career as a child actor after she relocated to the United States. In AT&T television commercials she played the role of Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 through 2016 and the year 2020. Commercial appearances weren't the only thing she did. She also appeared on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and played a part in a recurring role in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). After being cast in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors, Vayntrub also voices Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also is a Jew. Her parents and she left antisemitism at the age of two. They moved to West Hollywood. Due to financial hardships within her family, she began performing in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was just five years old. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. However, she quit school after her sophomore years. She obtained an GED and obtained an undergraduate degree in Arts (Communication) from University of California San Diego. She studied improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
